Case Study – Nasta Technologies
Nasta Technologies is a software development company that develops professional information management systems in collaboration with industry professionals. Nasta’s applications combine three fundamental principles; extreme usability, relevant data visualisation and the latest technologies.
Nasta wanted to grow outside of Scandinavia. However, they had minimal experience in the UK market, as well as limited time, knowledge and resource.
Selecting step 1 from Digital Works Group’s New Territory planning, we conducted an initial overview of the UK’s competitive market compared to the Scandinavian market, comprehensively covering:
- Other providers
- Partner network
- Media and influencers
- The most attractive customer segment
From the market overview we were able to:
- Help Nasta assign resources accordingly
- Influence investors of the opportunities
- Significantly de-risk their approach to internationalisation, allowing them to forge ahead with go-to-market planning confidently
“Market insight was delivered beyond our expectations, leading us to request support to go further through the steps up to go-to-market planning.”
