Steve Hepworth

Steve Hepworth has over 20 years of business and digital transformation experience, across multiple parts of the private and public sectors. He has helped transform organisations including IKEA, International SOS, Westminster City Council, Buckinghamshire Council, Nottinghamshire County Council, Nottingham City Council, Sheffield CCG/City Council, Centrica, as well as many other NHS trusts and charitable entities.

By supporting organisations through the demanding, complex process of redesigning and improving their target operating model Steve delivers enhanced commercial performance, internal efficiencies and cost savings, while skilfully increasing staff and customer satisfaction.

Steve brings a highly data and evidence-based ethos to his work using analytics and insights to identify both weaknesses and opportunities and using this trusted baseline to measure the impact of any transformation.

Key achievements include:

  • Digital capability transformation producing $400m of savings over six years for the customer service centre operating model of a $45bn global retailer.

  • Model and design a new digital customer contact strategy for the UK’s largest local authority to deliver >£10m savings over five years.

  • Produce efficiencies and cost savings for £30m+ digital transformation programmes across multiple local authorities and their services, including; Education, Housing, Planning, Adults Social Care and Children’s Social Care.

  • Delivering income generation improvements across multiple local authorities and their services, including; Estates, Waste Management, Legal Services and Services to Schools.

  • Developed, piloted and launched of market leading technology to support the outpatient service transformation of frontline health services.
