Simon Northridge

Simon Northridge is an outstanding technical leader with 25 years’ senior IT, programme management and technology experience across multiple sectors in the UK and Europe.

A true subject matter expert in the transformation space bringing deep business process, business application, architecture and implementation knowledge to the fray-Simon empowers clients to realise high-level business goals and deliver challenging projects under pressure.

Simon has a strong ability to break down technical language to be easily understood by anyone, bridging the gap between a technical and business view-artfully managing the diverse stakeholder landscape, from the c-suite to partners and vendors across the business and technology domains.

Simon is a strategic thinker with business acumen; deeply analytical, challenger, communicator, empath, team player, natural leader, tech-savvy, and able to govern to ‘control and enable’ not stifle delivery.

Having joined a large, complex transformation programme mid-stream I highly valued Simon’s ability to rapidly assimilate the key project objectives, risks and improvement opportunities. Simon has that rare ability to blend deep IT technical and programme management experience with an instinct for innovation and an engaging personal style. A real team leader and player.
