A highly experienced and versatile interim CIO/ CTO/ Chief Architect who has 20 years of experience delivering successful greenfield, digital and technology-enabled business transformation for clients.
His experience spans multiple industries, working with SME, blue chip and digital companies across the UK, Europe, MENA (incl. UAE) and APAC.
Salim actively supports c-suite executives to streamline their operations and business via cost-reduction, staff augmentation and lean management solutions. This often includes delivering new target operating models and future state designs, supported by business process re-engineering and organisational change underpinned by strengthened governance (using frameworks such as ISO 27001 and COBIT).
What sets Salim apart is his “people first” philosophy. As a trainer, coach and mentor he helps individuals and teams to maximise their potential.
Salim is an Oxford alumni and IoT Council member. He is an active blogger and author evangelising topics such as leadership, digital disruption and emerging trends such as IoT, AI and Machine Learning.
