After securing expansion investment, PXP Financial (formerly Kalixa) began to experience an increasingly complex project roadmap, and at the time, lacked formal standards or processes on how projects were being selected, initiated and delivered.
DWG was approached to inject PMO strength and processes.
From an audit of the project management processes, benchmarked against a set of industry-standard criteria, the DWG team worked with the in-house specialists to identify the areas where improvements would add the most value.
Working in close collaboration with the PXP Financial (formerly Kalixa) PMs to ensure buy-in and an ongoing improvement mindset, DWG proposed simple yet effective Project Management Office (PMO) tools and techniques for more consistent, repeatable project governance, and delivery.
