Parag is a senior consultant in our Project Management team, who has been instrumental in managing complex, large-scale digital programmes and projects spanning both IT transformation and business change initiatives.
He has worked across broad industry sectors including technology, financial services, life sciences, energy and telecoms. Parag has supported clients including First Group, BP, Vodafone, UK Central Government, Vodafone, Arcelor Mittal and Phlexglobal to name a few.
Key achievements include:
Development and delivery of portfolio of IT and business change projects across all functions to align with strategic transformation of the business at Phlexglobal.
Organised disparate set of activities into clearly defined portfolio of projects and embedded a whole of business change ethos within First Group, a move away from IT limited focus.
Reversed a failing programme of IT transformation by analysing and correcting failure points, introducing effective stakeholder and change management strategies, and produced additional 10% project ROI savings for DSM client.
Successfully led Government (MoJ) programme workstream for exit of IT services and to ensure new services providers and 3rd party suppliers transitioned smoothly to future IT strategy. Developed a detailed tower services and charging model to ensure that MoJ had 100% visibility of services and transitions impacts across the whole IT estate.
He has the rare ability to balance high-level technical knowledge with the commercial awareness needed to drive transformation for his clients, acting as a critical interface between the IT and business teams.
