MHA was facing a critical system migration challenge with their care and financial platforms being decommissioned. They lacked:

– A strategy for migrating complex systems

We conducted comprehensive requirements gathering and mapped current system functionality against business needs. This Identified gaps in the proposed new system being considered.
The client was advised on the potential benefits of the proposed platform as wel as other new platforms. Various options were prepared to help the client make the correct system selection.
Detailed documentation on system migration strategy and process was created to guide.
