With nearly two decades of end-to-end experience, for the last 13 years, he has focused on software, system and platform delivery within complex business transformations for Centrica brands British Gas Business, British Gas Residential, British Gas New Energy, Dyno and Hive.
Jon has an in-depth appreciation of business process, internal and external customers, and the E2E operational environment. He has delivered diverse projects, programmes and platforms across multiple functions. By applying deep insights of the intricate inter-function dependencies, practicalities and impacts of change, Jon helps his clients avoid common stumbling blocks to accelerate and improve outcomes.
