Jeremy is a highly experienced enterprise transformation expert within DWG’s Strategy & Leadership practice.

He is passionate about helping organisations achieve their aims through the introduction of Agile and Lean practices to shape and lead successful transformations.

Jeremy brings 20 years’ experience and a truly diverse background – user experience, business analysis, product definition and project management – to help clients get right to the heart of their user and business needs. Distilling them into effective product, service and project plans for rapid success.

He has worked globally across diverse sectors that include defence, financial services, transport and logistics. Jeremy also has experience mentoring people across broad specialisms such as business architecture, business analysis, GUI design and systems engineering. This provides him with a well-rounded perspective.

Jeremy can influence and support senior leadership teams and the wider business to help them understand the opportunities and overcome the challenges of transformation, especially where existing culture, technology and capability are key constraints.

  • Coaching executive level leaders through the changes in mind-set and behaviour to move from ‘command & control’ to ’empowered & autonomous’ working at a leading loyalty organisation.
