Helen is a talented senior programme and project manager with 20 years experience delivering transformation and programmes for FTSE 100 and global firms within travel, retail and consulting.

Helen has an outstanding track record of managing complex and high-value projects, from initiation to go live – to deliver on-time and on budget. She is highly experienced in the development and leadership of complex IT change and GDPR projects.

She is a confident leader with first-rate presentation skills and the ability to communicate from board level down to engage and motivate all stakeholders to drive positive results.

  • Delivered global contact centre transformation programme: 9 sites, 8 languages, new technology and processes. Excellent customer satisfaction ratings achieved
  • Implemented Tesco Internet Management, a supply chain web portal, integrated with Oracle Retail, in USA & Turkey. Excellent user reception achieved due to strong stakeholder engagement throughout delivery
