He helps clients bridge their critical talent gaps – enabling them to navigate the evolving new world of work and impact of changing and new job profiles – so they can realise their current and future business ambitions.

  • Partnered with a UK Central Government department to successfully implement the first phase of a new digital and data technology skills and competencies framework
  • Designed, piloted and sold a new scalable RPO solution for a UK recruitment agency to support their growth and acquisition of new clients in the small to medium scale technology sector
