Eram manages our email marketing and paid media campaigns for Digital Works Group and looks after our social media channels.

As part of the campaign planning process, Eram organises stakeholders to identify objectives, target audiences, campaign goals, copy and creatives required and the appropriate digital channel to use. She schedules all campaign activities and project manages the campaign creation and execution processes ensuring they are kept to the brief, on time and on budget. When campaigns are running, she monitors and analyses their performance, reporting regularly on metrics and providing insights and recommendations for the sales team.  

Eram also publishes organic content across our social media channels and helps with the planning of any company events.
