Chris is a Senior Consultant in our Optimisation & Delivery team, who are dedicated to helping clients to successfully execute their digital projects.

He is a highly experienced programme manager, having spent over twenty years project managing delivery programmes and projects for companies as diverse as the BBC, Vodafone and the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.

As an acknowledged expert at implementing and running PMO and resource management functions, Chris always ensures best-practice project methodologies and processes; to improve and transform existing approaches or developing bespoke digital solutions for clients. Providing standardised reporting and governance as well as guaranteeing clients that optimum benefit and impact is gained from the resources invested.

Key achievements include:

  • Successfully delivering digital products including CRM, SAP, COTS, and bespoke solutions for FSCS, KPMG, Girobank, Ark Life and BBC.
  • Resource managing world-wide operation of over 600 project resources for Crown Agents; producing then sustaining savings of over £1.5M per year.
  • Implementing core business solutions including call-centre, work-force management, ordering and invoicing functionality for Autobar, AG Barr &, Corgi.
  • Delivering PMO and resource management functions to five major companies.
